Mix for Sorbet

About

A stabilised, ready-to-use syrup to help you make sorbets much quicker and easier.

Storage

Two years at -18°C. Once defrosted will last for 6 months in the refrigerator

Applications

Measure the required quantity of mix sorbet. Melt the mix sorbet with the defrosted fruit purée. Measure the water and add it to the previous mixture. Mix and process in sorbet maker.

Packaging

Available in a 5kg plastic bucket.
